Holistic Therapy and EMDR for Adults and teens in El Dorado Hills + Online
Tanya is a Licensed Marriage + Family Therapist who joined our practice in January 2021.
She believes that genuine human connection heals and shows up for her clients as a warm, patient and authentic human.
Tanya is trained as a holistic psychotherapist and received her Master’s Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). She is currently pursuing her EMDR certification and integrates EMDR protocols into her work with clients.
She works from a client-centered, psychodynamic and transpersonal orientation and supports her clients in exploring and integrating the fullness of their experience – mind, body, heart and spirit.
She is also passionate about exploring patterns and archetypes in her work with clients and for clients who are interested, offers a deeper exploration through dream analysis, archetypal astrology and tarot.
