If you’re here, you’ve probably been thinking about therapy, wondering if it will help, trying to figure out who to call and how to know if it’s a good fit.
Deciding to start therapy can bring up a lot of feelings. Maybe you’ve been in therapy before but it never felt quite right. Or you’ve never seen a therapist before and not sure if you have any questions because you don’t really know what you’re looking for.

This initial call is just for us to get to know each other and feel what it’s like to talk. You can share what’s on your heart, but there’s no pressure to tell me anything you’re not not ready to discuss. If we decide to move forward and work together there will be plenty of time and space to explore everything that’s going on for you. Therapy is a relationship and like all relationships it can take some time to develop trust and find a rhythm for working together.
